Panko bread crumbs

Panko bread crumbs are similar to regular bread crumbs but are made from white wheat bread without crusts. They are one of the types of bread crumbs traditionally used in Asian cuisine. Recently, they have also become popular in Western cooking, as panko crumbs remain crispier for longer than traditional bread crumbs.
